At 1791 Everyday Carry, we are committed to delivering high-quality holsters and accessories and an exceptional customer experience. Please review the following policy regarding shipping, handling, and returns before placing your order

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, new releases), processing may take longer.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • We ship via USPS or FedEx for expedited shipping at an additional cost. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship internationally to the following countries: click here.
  • We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS.
  • Some products may be restricted in certain states, cities, or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before purchasing.
  • By placing an order, you certify that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the item(s) in your shipping destination. Orders found to violate local, state, or federal laws will be canceled and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Compliance With Laws
1791 Everyday Carry complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of our products. We reserve the right to cancel any order or restrict shipment to jurisdictions where items are prohibited or regulated.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unassembled and unmodified products in original packaging.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Fill out the Return form here with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping charges, if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective merchandise.

To initiate an exchange, please contact the original place of purchase. If you purchased your item through one of our authorized dealers or retail partners, their return and exchange policies will apply. For purchases made directly from our website, please complete the request for exchange form here. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
